Both the Self employed and employees are entitled to this allowance once per calendar year. There are some limitations as to length of employment, these vary according to age, you can check out the exact details on the Welfare page here.
In addition, dependent spouses are also eligible, however due to the GDPR regulations a form has to be completed and approved prior to treatment, this takes a couple of weeks. Forms are available at the dental practice for collection.

If time is really catching up on you pre-Christmas, then give us a call on 0578662111, arrange an appointment for early January and grant us permission to check your eligibility (this can be done by text message), your 2019 allowance will be held for 100 days from time of checking online.
