As the year ends there tends to be a Christmas rush in dentistry! Many dental plans and schemes require submission of records and treatments, please book your appointments in good time!
The State Dental Benefit scheme also operates annually, offering a free check up and reduced price Scale & Polish to the majority of Irish Adults. Eligibility can be checked online when making a booking or you can check yourself by logging into your MyGov.ID account. The scheme covers both employees and self employed as well as their dependant spouses and continues when retired. More information can be found here.
Due to social distancing measures there is an increased pressure on available appointments. Please try and plan your visit well in advance.
When you book your appointment you will be asked for a deposit. This applies to all patients whether you are a private patient or avail of state schemes. We ask for 30 hours notice should you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. If you do not attend, cancel or change your appointment within the 30 hour period your deposit will be retained by the dentist. By operating this scheme it has allowed us to minimise downtime for our surgeries and maintain our prices. We appreciate your understanding.
